I believe that Massage Therapy benefits every body. I also believe that every body is different, and so each massage should be too. I customize appointments at the time of treatment to allow each person to benefit from the bodywork that they need at the time of their appointment. I am committed to continue to learn and grow as a therapist. I currently practice Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Myofascial Release Techniques, Hot Stone massage, Pre-Natal massage, and Bowenwork therapy.
