Austin brings a hands-on background in field and clinical care, supporting varsity athletes with acute injury management, rehabilitation, and performance-driven strategies. He is passionate about empowering individuals to return from injury stronger through precise movement analysis, purposeful exercise, and manual therapy. Austin has a diverse background competing in sports, allowing him to provide superior biomechanical analysis to improve function and maximize your potential. Austin’s skills are not limited to athletes; they are easily transferable to any line of work or activity. Austin is dedicated to returning you to pre-injury function and assisting with further development to maximize your fitness/lifestyle goals! He is a huge promoter of exercise and truly believes exercise is medicine. Austin spends his free time doing resistance training, exploring the outdoors on hikes, and playing sports with friends. His best hikes were in the Yukon, where he lived for six months and explored the beautiful mountains.
