Acupuncture
Tui You Massage is traditional Chinese oil massage with a therapeutic focus. The treatment uses flowing, hands-on pressure with oil to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, and help the body release built-up tension. It is relaxing, but still grounded in Chinese medicine — working to move Qi and blood, open areas of restriction, and leave the body feeling lighter, warmer, and more at ease.
