Shay graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018. During the 20-month full-time program, she was able to complete 550+ hours of hands-on training that enabled her to work with a variety of patients with diverse conditions. Shay is able to assess and treat many conditions including postural overuse or imbalances, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, migraines, strains, sprains and much more. She enjoys developing patient-specific treatment plans that are tailored based on symptoms and objective findings. She incorporates diverse techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, trigger point therapy, as well as Swedish massage to weave it all together in a flowing and relaxing manner. Shay plans to make an uplifting impact on her patients and strives to facilitate a calm and relaxing presence during each treatment.
