Trish is a dedicated massage therapist and graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With interests for weight lifting , hiking, and various outdoor activities, she brings a keen understanding of physical wellness to her practice. Her experience playing sports and navigating personal challenges with injury and rehabilitation has deepened her appreciation for the benefits of massage therapy. She believes that clear and open communication is essential for effective care, and prioritizes patient centered care. While practicing, Trish has a developed a particular interest in pre- and post-natal massage therapy, focusing on helping expectant and new mothers navigate the physical changes and challenges that come with pregnancy. Outside of work, Trish enjoys baking, reading, and hanging out with her golden retriever Carl!
