I have over 10 years’ experience as a physiotherapist, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in Sweden before continuing my career in both Sweden and Australia. My experience spans primary health care, private practice and high-level sporting environments, including Matthew’s Netball Centre in Perth and the AFLW Fremantle Dockers in 2020. I completed a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports Major) at Curtin University in 2019 and was awarded APA Titled Sport & Exercise Physiotherapist status in 2020. I have undertaken extensive postgraduate training in sports science and continue to pursue professional development to ensure my clients receive evidence-based, up-to-date care. My additional training includes Dry Needling, GLA:D for hip and knee osteoarthritis, the McKenzie Method, kinesiotaping and sports taping, and workplace ergonomics. I understand how small adjustments — whether in training load, movement patterns or workstation setup — can make a significant difference to symptoms and performance. I believe in an individualised, active treatment approach that combines targeted exercise with hands-on therapy to help clients achieve meaningful, long-term results and return confidently to the activities they love. Special areas of interest: Lower limb injuries and rehabilitation- ankles, knees, hips Back pain Shoulder injuries and neck pain Hip & Knee OA Orthopaedic injuries Sporting injuries Running-related injuries Strength and conditioning Postoperative rehabilitation and prehabilitation Injury Prevention
