I am a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2022 after completing 2200 hours of training. Before becoming an RMT, I spent many years working as a Physical and Occupational Therapy Assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation, body mechanics, and patient care. This experience helped shape my approach to treatment, allowing me to have a deeper understanding of the body's mechanics and the impact that injuries, medical conditions, and everyday activities can have on pain and movement. I enjoy helping clients recover from injury, manage pain, reduce stress, or improve mobility. My goal is to help each client feel their best and achieve lasting improvements in their life.
