Jennifer began practicing massage therapy in 2005 following her graduation from the Baltimore School of Massage. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and strives to continually challenge and educate herself in variety of modalities through continuing education classes, helping her to address her clients needs and keep them functional for whatever they take on in their day to day life. Jennifer uses a range of modalities during her sessions including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and vacuum therapy. Jennifer is also a trainer at State College Strength and Conditioning, acting as an integral part of the staff since 2011 where she coaches group classes and works with individuals one on one. Working with a diverse set of clients as a group coach and individual trainer provides Jennifer the experience of engaging with active bodies and athletes of all kinds.
