Rowena Resuello

A graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). My previous work as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) nurtured my compassion and deepened my desire to help others, ultimately leading me to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). My passion for learning and curiosity about the human body continue to drive my growth as a therapist. I tailor each treatment to meet individual needs, applying a range of pressures—from light to deep—to address specific anatomical needs and therapeutic goals. I provide therapeutic massage treatments to assist with rehabilitation and injury prevention, as well as relaxation massage to promote stress reduction and overall well-being. My treatment approach integrates a variety of techniques, including: Hot and Cold Stone Massage Myofascial Release Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) Joint Mobilization Trigger Point Therapy Muscle Energy Technique (MET) Passive and Active Stretching Swedish Massage I also believe in the importance of rehabilitation exercises that are practical and tailored to each person’s lifestyle, abilities, and time commitments. Outside of my practice, I enjoy exploring the connection between mind and body through yoga and meditation. I also love spending time in nature, gardening, and being with my family and friends.
