Linda Walker, MPT, BScKin, RCAMPT, Chronic Pain Specialist, CGunn-IMS, Vestibular Therapist, Dip. Equine Rehab, Equine Canada Licensed Coach, Yoga Instructor, UBC Island Medical Program Clinical Educator Linda is the co-owner of the clinic and has a Masters of Physical Therapy and a B.Kinesiology degree from McMaster University. She has worked in private practise in Greater Victoria for 20+ years. She has a strong background in Biomechanics, Sports Injury/Performance, and Manual Therapy. She has worked with Chronic Pain patients for 15+ years and finds this work very rewarding. She is an associate of Physiotherapy Association of BC, and is a Pain Champion with Pain BC. She does regular educational peaking engagements for physiotherapy and equine prevention. She is a Clinical Instructor for the UBC/UVIC Island Medical Program. Linda is a member of the Animal Rehab Division of CPA and is the 3rd recipient in Canada of the Diploma in Equine Rehab to help horse and rider biomechanics for performance in all disciplines. She is also an Equestrian Canada Licensed Coach. When not problem solving in the clinic, you can find her biking, horse back riding, hiking with her 2 whippets, meditating, or doing yoga.
