Jenna Balsam is a Doctor of Chiropractic, having completed her Bachelor of Arts at Western University and her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Jenna is known for her detailed, holistic, biomechanics-driven approach and her interest in understanding how the body moves and functions as a system. Her treatment style combines individualized hands-on care with movement-based strategies. Clinical Pilates is central to Jenna’s approach to movement and rehabilitation. With training in Clinical Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Lagree, she integrates strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness into individualized care. Her areas of focus include TMJ and orofacial pain, movement enhancement, performance, and optimizing physical capacity for long-term health.
