My approach to chiropractic care is both evidence-based and holistic, addressing not only symptoms but also the root causes of dysfunction. Treatment plans are personalized to reflect the full spectrum of healthy living—from manual therapy to lifestyle and nutritional guidance. I take great pride in supporting patients not just through hands-on techniques, but by empowering them to take an active role in their health and well-being. I see myself as both a practitioner and a partner in your wellness journey. I hold an Honours Specialization in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Western University (2009) and earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2013. For over a decade, I’ve called Bowmanville home and am grateful to be practicing in the community I love. Throughout my career, I’ve pursued advanced training in areas including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Cupping, Yoga, Pilates, and Herbal Nutrition. I’ve also completed numerous continuing education courses with a focus on deep tissue and fascial release. As a Chiropractor, I specialize in the neuromusculoskeletal system and am equipped to assess, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the entire body. My treatment toolbox includes diversified chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, the Graston Technique, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical modalities for pain relief, rehabilitative exercise, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
Your first visit will be 40 minutes in duration and include a paperwork session followed by a health history and physical examination of the areas of complaint. Treatment will be provided if time allows.
