You may be beginning your health journey or you may be well on the road to nourishing you body. Where ever you fall on your path, I hope to help you along the way. I have spent the last decade cultivating a love of the human experience. Watching how our experience of health can be so individual and how whats best for one falls short for another. Through education and experience, I hope to help you find your resting state. One where your being; body, mind and spirt, all come together to create a sense of peace on the various landscape of life. I have worked with those who are going through the trials and joys of life, post injury, post disease diagnosis or during one of life big changes; bringing humans into the world. In our sessions we will work to find harmony, allowing you to fully embody your spirit and purpose.
