As a former international track and field athlete and now an RMT, I have been on both sides of injury and body, mind, and spirit maintenance. My athletic background is a large reason why I chose to become an RMT, and it's shaped how I treat: I listen first, to what someone tells me and to what their body shows me, with my training at WCCMT here in Victoria giving me the science to back that up. I am passionate about myofascial work, and believe that the best treatments come from listening to the person and body in front of me and utilizing my vast toolbox of knowledge and skill. I find joy in working with athletes to get them back to their specific sport, and, as I grow my practice, I'm really enjoying working with folks who want to take care of themselves in a holistic way
