Lily is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a background in personal training and a passion for injury prevention, recovery, and longevity. She is dedicated to helping clients optimize their physical well-being through massage therapy and individualized care. Lily offers an educational approach to long term health and fitness. She’s here to teach you how to work through current and future musculoskeletal problems, in order for you to take your health care into your own hands. Most of your time spent with Lily will be learning what you can do now to help yourself as quickly as possible, and avoid future injury. This nearly always involves strength training exercises, because strength solves problems.
This option is for new clients, or clients returning for new challenges. This appointment will involve a full verbal intake evaluation, a physical assessment, treatment, and homework education. It's Lily's job to teach you the next steps that you can do in order to see progress.
