My interest in natural health began when I was a child. That curiosity led me to take extensive advanced training in medical massage and bodywork, their modalities, nutrition, and herbal medicine. Massage

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues. Proper drainage helps speed recovery from injuries, surgeries, and beneficial to those with chronic illnesses.
