#Dr. James Lee Dr. James Lee is a Chiropractor who obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating summa cum laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with High Honours. During his undergraduate studies, James had the opportunity to work alongside physiotherapists, providing sideline care for varsity men's football and women's field hockey. He later worked at a senior living community, leading residents in both independent and assisted living through exercise programs and activities. Dr. Lee's areas of interest include TMJ disorders, nerve-related conditions, and sports-related injuries. His treatment approach incorporates soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation and mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and movement education. He believes that understanding your condition is an important part of the recovery process and takes the time to explain his findings and develop an individualized treatment plan based on each patient's needs and goals. Having experienced his own share of injuries from competitive basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee, Dr. Lee understands how frustrating it can be to be sidelined from the activities you enjoy. These experiences fueled his passion for helping others recover from injury and return to doing the things they love. His goal in practice is to provide thorough, individualized care that helps patients restore movement, improve function, and feel confident in their bodies. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lee enjoys staying active through basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee.
