Meghan is a Saint John native, born and raised in the area. She completed her education in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in Halifax and has spent the past two years working in Halifax, gaining experience across both the public healthcare system and private practice. She has recently moved back home to Saint John and is excited to continue her career in the community she grew up in. Meghan is passionate about supporting others in achieving their optimal health and well-being through evidence-based, patient-centred care. Her diverse experience, including hospital-based physiotherapy and outpatient clinic settings, has allowed her to assess and treat a broad range of conditions, including cardiopulmonary, neurological, and musculoskeletal/orthopaedic concerns. Meghan believes in taking a holistic and individualized approach when treating all of her clients, creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's needs, goals, and lifestyle. Beyond physiotherapy, Meghan enjoys staying active mostly through running and Pilates. She also loves travelling and attending concerts, and enjoys unwinding with a good book or watching her favourite reality TV shows.
