Growing up playing hockey, I quickly became familiar with the physical demands of sports and the importance of injury prevention and recovery. This sparked my passion for helping others whether they are athletes, children, elderly, or anyone who is looking to manage pain and improve mobility. I graduated with honours from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2022 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology as well as a Diploma in Health Promotion. This provided me with a strong foundation in health and wellness. I then graduated with honours from Oxford College with a diploma in Massage Therapy. During my many clinical hours, I had the privilege to work with a wide range of individuals and tailor my treatments to best suit each person’s unique needs and goals. I am very passionate and dedicated to helping each and every one of you receive the best possible care to _help manage pain and maintain a better quality of life!_ I can’t wait to meet you!
