Hello, I’m Page a Renton Technical College Grad. of 2020! Together as a body worker, I work collectively with my clients to understand and target pain. I believe massage has the power to help anyone in need, working on physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. I strive for not only relaxation, but ultimately to improve function and value to my clients everyday life. I do this by combining modalities such as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue & Trigger point massage.
Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
