Jessica was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is passionate about life on the prairies! After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba in 2014, she attended the University of Western States in Portland Oregon - obtaining her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2018. Jess has been busy since she became a chiropractor. She has taken the Graston Technique courses and is a L1 Crossfit Trainer. Most recently she received her certification in medical acupuncture after attending McMaster University in spring of 2025. She has a passion for sport and a keen sense of being able to provide modifications for all functional abilities. Jessica enjoys working on extremity conditions and loves working with any type of athlete. From teens to the weekend warrior, her goal is to help people return to the things they love to do in a pain-free fashion. An athlete herself, she has played volleyball, basketball, soccer, field hockey, and badminton. While she claims to be a little rusty, she can most definitely work her clients through injuries and movement patterns! When she isn’t in the clinic, you might find her coaching CrossFit, golfing, tending to her garden, savouring coffee or basically just enjoying snacks.
