An acupuncture first visit is 90 minutes in duration and involves an in-depth consultation about the overall picture of your health, as well as expectations, goals, and treatment plan. Consultation is followed by acupuncture treatment with the possible addition of cupping, gua sha, tui na massage, or moxibustion as appropriate for your condition. Lifestyle and dietary advice are offered as well.
