Dr. Austin Rees, DC, BScKin, CSEP-CPT, Medical Acupuncture Provider Doctor of Chiropractic Dr. Austin Rees has a background in elite-level soccer, playing at the academy level in his youth and eventually playing at the varsity level for Dalhousie University. Dr. Rees completed his Bachelors of Science in kinesiology at Dalhousie University where he earned the achievement of varsity all-Canadian athlete. Dr. Rees worked as a personal trainer prior to attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and subsequently was accepted into the Chiropractic Sports Sciences Residency Program. Dr. Rees’ treatment approach is focused on symptomatic improvement while rehabilitating movement to increase athletic resiliency and performance. He provides evidence-based strategies, which include joint manipulation, myofascial release, acupuncture, and emphasizes rehab exercise to improve patient outcomes.
