My name is Jessica Lawler I'm a licensed massage therapist and an occupational therapist I own a private practice called Life Roots Wellness Center in Windsor, VT where my focus is on quality of life, overall wellness, and the mind-body connection through all aspects of someones life journey. I've worked in the medical field for 18 years as an occupational therapist in hospitals and nursing homes providing rehabilitative services. About a year ago I started my journey as a massage therapist honing in on my manual therapy skills and the holistic approach to whole body care. I'm excited to have the ability to meld these two worlds together to create an overall wellness experience. I work with people of all ages and all levels of ability. I specialize in oncology massage, medical massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage, lymphedema therapy, and cupping. My goal is to have an environment that is safe and comfortable and a place where people can go and relax and focus on their self-care as well as offer them tools to continue that self-care beyond my office. Massage provides ease from aches and pains, stress relief, increased circulation, increased flexibility, therapeutic relief from some injuries and muscles stiffness, and overall relaxation.The goal of each massage session is discussed with the client at their visit to provide a unique session catered to that individual and their needs that day.
