In addition to her CNA expertise, Crystal is a certified yoga instructor with a passion for teaching yoga and other fitness modalities since 2020. Crystal's journey into massage therapy was inspired by her work in long-term care, where she recognized the need for safe, therapeutic touch and compassionate care for elderly and disabled individuals. She is driven by her passion to help others ease pain, promote wellbeing, health, and healing in a safe and supportive environment.
