Elza holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude distinction. She also completed a Concurrent Certification in Rehabilitation Science. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and values a collaborative approach, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals. Her practice integrates therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and education to support long-term outcomes. Elza has a special interest in Women’s Health and pelvic floor physiotherapy and is certified in all three levels of pelvic floor training. She has contributed to research in this field, publishing work titled “Where Best Practice Pain Care and Patient Expectations for Care Meet: Exploring Patient Expectations Around Chronic Pelvic Pain, Physiotherapy, and the Biopsychosocial Model of Care.” Her clinical interests include labour and delivery preparation, as well as the management of pelvic health conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. Outside of work, Elza enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and traveling.
