809 Na'a Dr SW, Calgary, AB, T3H 4E7
Born and raised in Vancouver, Ryan completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, where he developed a strong foundation in biomechanics and sports performance. He then moved to Edmonton to earn his Master of Science in Physical Therapy before relocating to Calgary to begin his clinical career. Ryan developed a passion for sport through years of playing hockey and coaching children taking their first strides to future NHLers and everything in between. Being immersed in sport, he saw firsthand how quality rehabilitation can positively impact a person’s life, performance, and mental well-being, which inspired him to pursue physiotherapy as a career. Whether you are an athlete, a weekend warrior, or recovering from a workplace or motor vehicle injury, Ryan combines hands-on therapy with individualized strength and conditioning programs to help you recover and move better. His evidence-informed, exercise focused approach emphasizes education, movement quality, and building long-term resilience, so patients regain confidence and return safely to the activities they love. Outside the clinic, Ryan enjoys playing and watching a wide range of sports, hiking in the mountains (now looking forward to exploring all that Alberta has to offer), and getting overly competitive with friends over a board game.
