Taylor Laing has completed her Bachelor in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan and obtained a Diploma in Manual Osteopathy from the National Manual Osteopathic College. She is accredited through the National Manual Osteopathic Society and is committed to helping clients restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall function through a whole-body approach. In addition to osteopathic care, Taylor offers one-on-one assisted stretching services using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (or PNF) to improve mobility, flexibility, and performance.
