My name is Ellen Luna, a licensed massage therapist serving the Lake of the Ozark area in Missouri. I started Massage Therapy with a desire to help individuals manage pain, anxiety, and everyday stress through therapeutic touch. My approach combines deep tissue techniques with light, soothing strokes to help improve relaxation, mood, mobility, and overall function. I tailor each session to meet your individual needs and ensure you receive thoughtful, personalized care. I completed a massage therapy apprenticeship in Joplin, Missouri, and I am CPR/AED certified and an insured member of ABMP. Since beginning my professional journey in 2025, Ive remained committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can truly unwind. I value continued education to expand my skills and better serve those who trust me with their care. Every session is uniquely tailored to you. During intake, well discuss your goals and areas of concern to support your bodys specific needs that day. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques with pressure adjusted throughout the session for comfort and effectiveness. Sessions may also include gentle Thai-inspired stretching to improve mobility and relaxation when appropriate. Hypoallergenic oil or cream is used to provide a comfortable experience for sensitive skin
