Anne Marie is a compassionate and experienced Registered Physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience and a special interest in pelvic health across all life stages. From birth preparation to postpartum rehabilitation, and through peri-, menopause and beyond, she supports individuals with personalized, evidence-based care that empowers them to feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies. Anne Marie holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with Specialized Honours from York University. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health, orthopaedics, and manual therapy to stay current with the latest research and clinical techniques. In particular, her advanced post-graduate level training in assessing and treating the pelvic floor includes but is not limited to treating pelvic health disorders such as urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, dyspareunia, other types of pelvic pain such as painful periods, endometriosis, and vaginismus, pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, birth preparation and recovery (included cesarean), and maternal labour and delivery support. Her treatment approach for both pelvic floor and orthopedic concerns combines hands-on manual therapy, functional exercise prescription, and client education, while integrating supportive tools like acupuncture, kinesiology taping, and cupping. Anne Marie is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel heard, understood, and equipped to take an active role in their recovery. In her spare time, you’ll find Anne Marie spending time with her two young boys, her husband, and their extended family - usually outdoors, playing or watching sports, or sharing a good meal.
