Massage, bodywork and holistic subtle energy therapy is a passion of mine. I have always been interested in natural healing, therefor several years ago I decided to go to massage therapy school. I graduated from Health Enrichment Center in 1997 with my first year massage therapist diploma, but I wanted to learn more. I continued my education with Health Enrichment, finishing the Advanced Practitioner Program and then the Masterbodyworker program in 2002. In 2014 I wrapped up my education with a Bachelor's degree in massage therapy through Siena Heights University. I have taught workshops and classes off and on since 1999. I learn something from each client. I do my best to provide a clean, safe, relaxing atmosphere where each person can open up at their own comfort level to talk about what type of session they are looking for. I enjoy giving Swedish, relaxation massages, but also work with a vast array of physical ailments with deep tissue / therapeutic massage. I have worked with ailments such as sports related injuries, headaches, scar tissue release and with people who have had surgeries or accidents. I have also worked with subtle energy therapies to assist a client in achieving a more balanced body, mind, emotion and spiritual balance. I love helping others in whatever way I am capable. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of one's wellness journey.

Massage Therapy

Reflexology

Reflexology
GeneralFoot

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. It is believed that the feet have reflex points for all the organs, glands and areas of the body and that stimulating these areas may improve overall health. *One does not have to schedule an additional session of reflexology if they want it added onto their session. Please, just tell the therapist.
