Elizabeth started her career in 1996 by taking a 1 year relaxation massage course. After realizing this was her true calling, she continued with the extra 2 year advanced therapy portion of the program. She obtained her advanced Orthopaedic/Remedial Massage Therapy certification in 1999. She focuses mainly on treating motor vehicle accident (MVA); work or sports related injuries. Aside from therapeutic massage, Elizabeth also practices relaxation, sports and pregnancy massage. She is also certified in cold cupping. Elizabeth has close to 30 years of massage therapy experience and is constantly upgrading her education. With her genuine care and love of helping people overcome injury, she is dedicated in helping people live healthy and pain-free lives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and pet dog. She enjoys cooking/baking, reading, traveling, working out and running. Education: -2200 hour Relaxation/Sports/Therapeutic Massage Therapy diploma from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies located in Winnipeg Manitoba. -First Aid/CPR certified -Cold Cupping certified -Prenatal massage certified -Laser Therapy certified -Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) membership -Licensed and Registered with the City of Calgary
