Hi, I'm Jen. It's nice to meet you! My journey into healthcare began in my teens after watching a family member struggle to find help in the western medical world. I knew there had to be a different way to find relief and move towards real healing. My first love is Nutrition and I earned a Masters in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. I am still a foodie and love to cook. I believe in the power of plants and food as medicine. I am a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago. A rigorous program of over 3000 hours, with over 500 clinic hours. My background includes training not only in acupuncture, but in a wide array of Chinese medicine modalities. I am licensed by the state and recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and a certified NCCAOM Herbalist. I have enjoyed specializing in women's health and fertility care in my private practice and I am thrilled to continue to support this community in this integrated group practice. I consider it an honor to walk alongside my patients' on their journey towards better health.
Not all "Red Light Therapy" is created equal. Our Light Therapy treatment emits Light Red, Dark Red, Infrared and Deep Infrared wavelengths of light. These wavelengths work together to soothe tired muscles, aches and pains, increase local blood circulation, and accelerate recovery at the cellular level. Light Therapy is a naturally soothing treatment that uses patented LED technology to deliver a soothing, gentle, mildly warm treatment that sets in motion the body's inherent healing process. LED is non-invasive, painless, and requires no recovery time. Actual number of minutes to be determined by practitioner at time of visit based on therapeutic need(s).
