Dr. Avery Garrett-Patterson is a Chiropractor at PATH Brookfield Place in Toronto. As a nationally ranked track and field athlete at the University of Toronto, she learned early on how vital movement, recovery, and resilience are to performance and long-term health. Her time on the track and her experience as a coach sparked a passion for helping others move with strength and confidence through every stage of life.
