Anica is a recent graduate from Evolve College of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about helping clients improve movement, reduce pain, and better understand their bodies. She provides therapeutic and rehabilitative care for individuals dealing with muscular tension, stress, injury, and limited mobility. Anica creates personalized treatment plans by fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. She uses targeted therapeutic techniques along with assessment results to meet each client’s unique needs. She believes the best outcomes happen when the therapist and client work together toward shared goals. These may include pain reduction, improved mobility, injury recovery, or relaxation. She uses various treatment methods, including myofascial techniques, rehabilitative care, and therapeutic massage. She has completed advanced training in myofascial cupping and enjoys using cupping therapy to improve treatment results and address soft tissue restrictions. Her goal is not just short-term relief but also helping clients achieve long-term comfort, better function, and overall wellness. Anica grew up in Winnipeg’s Transcona community. She enjoys strength training, movement, and staying active. Her personal interest in health and wellness helps her relate to the physical challenges many clients face. This understanding shapes the supportive, client-focused care she aims to provide.
