Licensed massage therapist, Crystal Denton, has been providing massage therapy for over seven years in the Upstate New York area. Crystal graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2014 and spent the next five years honing her skills at a high volume spa. She became proficient at both relaxation massage and working on clients specific concerns for pain relief. She became especially focused on clients with sciatic issues. In 2019, Crystal decided to chase her dreams and opened her own massage practice, Hands of Light Massage Therapy. Here she prides herself in providing spa level services with a small businesses feel. She is now able to spend more time with clients, addressing their concerns and helping them achieve what they want from massage therapy. Every massage is tailored specially to each client, right down to the type of oil chosen for the massage. Crystal knows many modalities including; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Maternity, Cupping and Hot Stone.
