Alex Narciso is a Registered Massage Therapist with 16 years of experience, specializing in Sports Massage and Certified in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Infant Massage Therapy. While Massage Therapy remains a true passion for Alex, it is now her second career alongside her primary role as a Paramedic in the Durham Region. As a busy parent of eight children ranging from 18 years old to under 1, Alex understands firsthand the physical and mental demands that life can place on the body. Alex lives an athletic, fitness-centered lifestyle and values movement, strength, and overall wellness, but also deeply appreciates the importance of relaxation, recovery, and self-care. Alex’s goal is to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced through personalized, compassionate care.
