After arriving for a ski season 5 years ago I fell in love with everything the Okanagan has to offer both summer and winter. I love leading an active lifestyle and feel passionate about helping others lead the life they want. I believe in combining hands-on techniques with movement and exercise to support recovery, improve function, and build confidence in everyday activities. My goal is to empower people with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to move well, feel their best, and get back to doing the things they love.
