I've been a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist for over over 12 years. I attended the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in 2010. I have thorough training in Integrative Muscular Movement, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lymphatic drainage and Bamboo Fusion. I tend to have heavy hands, with firm, deep pressure that is consistent and thorough. My main focus is to assist clients with chronic pain issues. I am exceptionally passionate about my work and I take great joy in helping others become pain-free.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. This is the best way to treat chronic pain. I use a combination of deep work and stretching to help achieve client's pain management goals.
