After being a mother and DONA Certified Professional Doula for years, I added massage therapy to my skillset in 2018 to be able to support pregnant people even more holistically. I pride myself on being able to customize a treatment session to the distinct needs of each client, drawing from my dynamic background. From traditional massage, to lymphatic drainage and from guidance on shared decision making, to optimizing baby's position, I'm able to use more than a decade of experience to improve my clients' pregnancies and postpartum year. My work is most fulfilling with my intention on quality-over-quantity client-practitioner relationships. It's my preference to see you regularly, whether that means weekly, monthly or quarterly. I want to be alongside you on your journey and contribute what I can to make it just a little more peaceful.
