Hello! Im Dr. Leyanna Cassano- a wife and a busy mom to three beautiful children (2 boys, 1 girl) ages 10, 8 and 3. My passion is Womens health and helping families feel their best. I have been in practice for over 14 years and while I have treated many conditions over my career, I found that I get most excited about assisting families with their pregnancy journey, Whether its helping optimize the pregnancy from beginning to end or helping couples diagnosed with infertility conceive, Im here to support you and make an individualized treatment plan that achieves your goals. I was fortunate to be able to deliver 3 healthy babies naturally and without complications and I attribute this to the lifestyle I lead and the knowledge I have in this area. While fertility optimization/infertility and womens hormonal health are my passion projects, I also very much enjoy treating conditions associated with the digestive system (food sensitivities/IBS, chronic gas and bloating, constipation, diarrhea/reflux), skin conditions (acne/eczema), stress and anxiety. Well-children are also welcome and conditions I typically treat in these children are food sensitivities, eczema, constipation and ADHD. I also offer acupuncture as part of my practice. This accompanies my fertility and pregnancy clientele, where I apply acupuncture for birth preparation, labour induction (at 40 weeks pregnancy) and fertility optimization (pre-conception).
