Annika is accepting new clients. Annika is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, North York, in 2025 and is in good standing with CMTO. She values building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and takes pride in providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs. Annika believes massage therapy should be both effective and restorative, and she intentionally integrates relaxation into every treatment while still focusing on therapeutic outcomes and goals. Annika has experience treating a variety of conditions, including TMJ-related dysfunctions, various sport injuries, and overall day-to-day maintenance. She approaches each session with care and attention, adapting her treatments to support pain relief, improved function, and overall well-being in a calm and welcoming environment. In her spare time, she enjoys a variety of activities, including cooking, drinking coffee, hiking, and playing board games with her friends and family.
