Registered Physiotherapist Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Kelsey is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, where she earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is passionate about empowering both men and women to reconnect with their bodies and feel confident in their movement, exercise, and everyday lives. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a full range of pelvic health concerns, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain and prolapse. She has a special interest in supporting women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. She treats conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, coccyx pain, hip pain, and back pain, and provides expert education and guidance in birth preparation and individualized postpartum rehabilitation. When she’s not in the clinic, Kelsey can often be found outdoors, staying active and enjoying quality time with her husband and daughter.
