Caryl is a licensed RMT and graduate of Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy. She brings a compassionate, intuitive approach to therapeutic bodywork, with a special interest in myofascial release, and restoring ease where stress, pain or injury have taken root. Caryl’s work is centered on reducting tension, improving function, and supporting recovery from sport and active living.
