Originally from rural north-eastern Ontario, Chad grew up enjoying the northern wilderness. He fell in love with the Yukon while studying and working in the mountains near Kluane during university and finally moved to Whitehorse in 2020. He is happy to call it his home. Kwä̀nlin yū ndasädla kʼe uyenjì sòthän. Yukon tlʼąyą chʼäw sä̀kwä̀thän! Chad obtained his diploma from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto in 2017 and has experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including treating athletes, seniors, pregnant persons, people living with cancer and people living with spinal cord injuries. While he gravitates toward deeper pressure in massage treatments, he is also effective at more gentle approaches aimed to calm the nervous system. He is a member in good standing with the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Alberta. Chad is an active individual. He is a dancer and regularly cycle tours, kayaks, hikes and cross-country skis. He also trains to make sure he can continue to do those activities safely. He believes that everyone should feel the best they can in their body in order to enjoy life and this beautiful territory to the fullest. Massage therapy can play an important role in that regard. No matter your age, body type, occupation or passion, he would be happy to help you.
FOR NEW PATIENTS. We will spend the first few minutes reviewing your health history, completing assessments as necessary, and designing a treatment plan with you that suits your goals. The remaining time will be spent completing the massage.
