My first encounter with hands-on bodywork was at a healing seminar with John Barnes for myofacial release. I then realized bodywork is what I want to do. Ive always loved working with my hands, being a musician and rhythm. It amazed me that the light pressure and feeling the tissue and following the tissue can help the body to heal itself by opening up channels that are restricted or congested. Since then, I have continuing education in Myofascial Release Craniosacral and Reiki. I also attended meditation retreats with Dr. Joe Dispenza brought my mind to more body awareness and healing. I attended the Sedona school of Massage, I have hundreds of hours in Myofacial Release, Craniosacral, and Reiki training amongst other meditation and healing events. My goal is to help people find their inner awareness, rhythm and self healing.
Therapeutic massage is broad definition, massage is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance their function and promote relaxation and well-being. Customized may include: organic lotion, Infrared light, PEMF, aromatherapy, and Gua Sha.
