Stacy Williams, RMT Style: Relaxation to Deep Tissue Pressure Range: Light to Deep Pressure Stacy Williams is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College in 2022 and became officially registered in October 2023. With a strong foundation in health sciences, she previously earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2018, majoring in Human Biology and Psychology. Stacy’s passion for helping others took root during her volunteer work at multiple UHN (University Health Network) locations, including Toronto General Hospital. These experiences inspired her to pursue a hands-on healthcare profession that supports both physical and mental well-being. Stacy tailors each massage to suit the individual needs of her clients. She offers deep tissue massage, pre- and postnatal care, aromatherapy, cupping, and hot stone massage. Her approach is client-focused: she listens attentively, educates clients about their muscular systems, and offers guidance and exercises to support healing and long-term wellness. Outside the clinic, Stacy enjoys Hawaiian dancing, swimming, and cheering on her favorite basketball and American football teams. Available: Mondays, Wednesdays & Sundays
