Cassie grew up on her family's dairy farm in eastern Nebraska, taking care of livestock and competing with them through 4-H and FFA. Horses were her main focus, and she still competes in barrel racing jackpots and rodeos. She provides a holistic and integrative approach to her massages to better aid your wellness needs. She believes that self-care is the best form of health care. Cassie offers a wide array of modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, Pregnancy, Scar Tissue Management, Red Light Therapy, Cupping, Hot Stones, Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Reflexology, and Trigger Point.
