In 2002 I completed my initial formal training at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH. and hold therapy licenses in both NH & MA in addition to National Certification through NCBTMB. I feel blessed to pursue a career which speaks to my heart and soul. Over the years I have specialized in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Organic Spa Reflexology & Chair Massage. During this time I have also developed an affinity for energy workand our own body's ability to facilitate healing on multiple levels. In the recent past I have become Reiki Certified (Level III) and completed specialized training in Oncology Massage from nationally recognized leader Tracy Walton & Associates. My oncology training led me to finding Lymphatic Drainage Massage to safely help clients suffering with lymphedema or at risk. I have deep beliefs in the mind/body connection and apply what I've learned in all of my sessions modifying each for your individual needs.
