I am originally from Silver Spring, Maryland. I lived in Southern Pines for twelve years. I have an Associates in Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage as well as an Associates in General Education both from Sandhills Community College. I went into massage therapy because I was trying to find a way that I could help people. I believe the one on one hands on approach that massage therapy offers is the best way that I can help people. I offer services such as Swedish massage, sports massage, myofascial release, kinesiology taping, maternity massage, deep tissue, chair massage, and hot stone therapy. Massage therapy can help all sorts of conditions from depression to plantar fasciitis or sciatica. I currently offer my services in Southern Pines, NC. I love to help animals as well as people. I have always had animals in my life ever since I could first remember. If I didn't go into massage therapy I would most likely have gone into some sort of veterinary position.

This price is subject to change for distances over 15 miles from my office. The outcall fee covers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, or Geriatric. No discounts available for outcall services. Paper gift certificates must pay the difference between office call and outcall. LONGER DURATIONS ARE FOR GROUPS OR COUPLES. IF YOU BOOK ME FOR 7 HOURS AND WHEN I SHOW UP YOU ONLY NEED ME FOR 5, YOU STILL PAY FOR ALL 7 HOURS. I NEED 24 HOURS NOTICE TO REDUCE THE OUTCALL TIME!!!
Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a light and gentle massage which is intended to speed up the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is beneficial for post-surgery clients, detoxification of the body, and people with compromised lymphatic systems. It also is helpful for those with cancer, autoimmune disorders, and fibromyalgia. 30 minute is ONE AREA ONLY perfect for post surgery usually. 45 MINUTE IS ANTERIOR or posterior BODY ONLY!
